Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Global Template Owner for Quality Management in Clinical/R&D Quality. This hybrid role will be based in Titusville, NJ with alternate locations across North America and Europe to support a unified, global ERP strategy.

You will drive consolidation of processes, align with the Transcend roadmap, and lead template design across markets, ensuring training, validation, and compliance support as part of a large-scale SAP ERP program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with large-scale ERP and SAP implementations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
• English proficiency; Dutch/German/Italian helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Global Template Owner for Quality Management – Clinical/R&D Quality across markets.
• Consolidate and standardize Clinical/R&D Quality processes in line with the Transcend roadmap.
• Lead global design governance and change control for template deployments.
• Document and map end-to-end processes; support training and knowledge sharing.
• Support validation, testing, and compliance activities for new processes.
• Collaborate across functions and geographies to ensure alignment with future-state architecture.
