Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in commercial analytics, sales analytics, revenue management, or related fields.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate analytics into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Advanced skills in Power BI, SQL, and Excel; Python or R is considered an advantage.
• Experience working with large datasets and developing scalable reporting or analytics solutions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders at different seniority levels.
• Proactive and curious mindset with a passion for identifying new analytical and digital opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide actionable, data-driven insights to customer teams to support strategic projects, negotiations, and joint business planning.
• Drive the centralisation and standardisation of dashboards and reporting across global and local sales teams.
• Deliver customer P&L visibility by combining internal and external data in partnership with Finance and Marketing.
• Improve sales process efficiency through data optimisation, automation, and scalable reporting solutions.
• Develop and own a multi-year roadmap for customer sell-out and performance analytics.
