Job summary

Braspenning Group seeks a Global Prevention Officer / Safety Specialist to safeguard safety, health and the environment across the Netherlands and abroad. You connect policy with day‑to‑day practice through inspections, toolbox talks and risk reporting.

You will travel to international Braspenning Group locations, coach colleagues, ensure compliance with safety laws, and help strengthen our open safety culture on projects in maritime and industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Completed MVK/HVK safety management or equivalent qualification.
• Thorough knowledge of safety requirements and regulations (Arbowet).
• Strong communication and coaching skills with the ability to engage teams.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections and toolbox talks on safety practices.
• Identify, report and help implement safety and environmental improvements.
• Coach colleagues to comply with safety and environmental regulations.
• Travel to international Braspenning Group locations to perform duties.
