Haskoning Nederland seeks a Global Health & Safety Lead to shape our safety culture across 25+ countries. You will drive programmes, frameworks and daily behaviours, collaborating with senior leaders to enable lasting change in operations and projects.

You will connect an international H&S community, strengthen governance, and align with ISO 45001 while embedding safety into business strategy and everyday work. This is a hybrid, global role from Amersfoort or Delft offices.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of H&S experience in international environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and integrated management systems.
• Programme and change-management experience.
• A contemporary understanding of H&S developments and business strategy.
• The creativity and influencing skills to engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead global H&S programme and connect ambitions to the wider company strategy.
• Embed H&S in projects, services and daily ways of working.
• Engage leaders and connect international H&S community across countries.
• Strengthen governance, emergency preparedness, incident and crisis management and travel policies.
• Use data and best practices to improve performance and manage external H&S providers.
