Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in ESG and sustainability solutions in B2B environments
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets or managing complex client relationships
• Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks (CSRD, SFDR, ISSB, EBA) and ability to translate concepts into business value
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience leading client meetings and demos
• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems; willing to travel across Europe

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue retention and growth through strategic account management of key sustainability clients
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned with client priorities and S&P Global's sustainability product suite
• Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Build relationships with new personas within client organizations to expand engagement
• Serve as trusted advisor by providing insights to enhance clients' sustainability initiatives
• Represent S&P Global at industry events and serve as a commercial liaison to other teams
