Job summary

FrieslandCampina is seeking a Global S&OP Development and Transformation Manager to lead the design, implementation and rollout of S&OP 2.0 across RFC locations from Amersfoort, NL. You will drive process improvements and ensure data readiness to enable informed decisions.

The role requires 10+ years in S&OP/IBP, strong change management, and excellent English communication. This multi-year program offers hybrid work, a competitive package, and a collaborative, farmer-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Experience with S&OP/IBP processes across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Ability to translate concepts into practical solutions and drive change.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Co-design, implement, and roll out the S&OP 2.0 blueprint.
• Develop the S&OP blueprint with best practices and business insights.
• Lead local maturity assessments and run workshops and trainings.
• Support multiple Business Groups and OpCos on their S&OP journey.
• Work within the Global S&OP team on forecasting, planning, and performance management.
