Job summary

FrieslandCampina is seeking a Global S&OP Development and Transformation Manager to lead the design and rollout of the S&OP 2.0 blueprint across the RFC group. You will drive process design, change management, and stakeholder engagement to enhance planning capabilities and decision-making on a global scale.

You will work within the Global S&OP team in FrieslandCampina's Global Supply Chain – Planning department, with travel to locations worldwide. English required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years relevant professional experience.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management.
• Deep understanding of FMCG customer supply chain.
• Expertise in S&OP, IBP and S&OE; familiarity with commercial and demand planning.
• Experience implementing process improvements.
• Ability to define business processes, change management, roles and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• English required; Dutch optional.
• Willingness to travel for multi-year global rollout.

Responsibilities

• Co-design and rollout of the S&OP 2.0 blueprint as owner and ambassador.
• Develop the blueprint with best practices and practical solutions.
• Localize the S&OP process and ensure data availability for decision making.
• Lead periodic maturity assessments and run workshops to resolve issues.
• Serve as primary contact for multiple Business Groups and OpCos.
