Job summary

RB Global, Inc. seeks a highly experienced Head of Retail International to establish and scale the International Retail unit as a standalone operation with full P&L responsibility for equipment acquisition, refurbishment, and resale across APAC and EMEA markets.

The role leads a high-performing organization, builds scalable operating models, and collaborates with Sales, Operations, Finance, Transportation, Marketing, and Marketplace teams to drive profitable growth and customer value across

Qualifications

10+ years of leadership experience in heavy equipment retail, dealerships, asset management, or related industries.
Proven track record with full P&L accountability.
Strong experience managing inventory-intensive businesses and working capital.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the International Retail strategy aligned with RB's growth.
Lead the Retail unit's P&L, inventory, workshops, and customer-facing operations.
Build scalable operating models and governance for multi-market expansion.
Drive revenue growth, gross margin, EBITDA, and capital return.
Foster cross-functional partnerships across Sales, Operations, Finance, Transportation, Marketing, and Marketplace.
