Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of relational databases and data modeling.
• Experience in supporting end-users in a Research & Development environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line support for R&D applications.
• Respond to incidents and service requests according to SLAs.
• Train end-users on new features and releases.
