Takii Seed | Vegetables (EMEA) in De Kwakel is seeking a Seed Technology Support Specialist to advance seed technology through research, trials and practical data-driven insights. The role focuses on physiological studies, process control reviews and collaboration with stakeholders.

We require HBO-level life sciences education, strong data skills, and fluency in English and Dutch. Office 365 and basic R/Python experience are advantageous.

Qualificações

• HBO-level education in life sciences or equivalent is required; analytical mindset and data skills are important.
• Experience with data, databases and statistical analysis is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Seed Physiology Research, conducting research and trials on seed physiology and germination processes, and investigating environmental and genetic factors affecting seed performance.
• Applied Seed Technology, establishing and reviewing process controls; supporting Seed Processing in troubleshooting equipment.
• Trials and Experiments, preparing, conducting and scoring laboratory and field trials and translating protocols into practical routines.
• Data Analysis and Reporting, collecting, analysing and reporting data from trials and experiments; providing insights.
• Innovation and Technology, staying updated with seed physiology developments and improving processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• External Collaboration, maintaining relationships with external seed processing partners and laboratories.
• Compliance and Documentation, ensuring activities comply with company requirements and quality standards.
