360Pharma is seeking a Sr. Manager, Trial Delivery Leader to oversee clinical trial delivery across cross-functional teams. You will build and manage the trial operational plan, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in compliance with global regulations.

In this role you will lead a cross-functional trial team, drive end-to-end execution, manage budgets and milestones, and support inspections and QA activities while mentoring colleagues and fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or related industries.
• Experience in pharmaceutical development and multicenter global trials.
• 2-3 years leading multiple aspects of a global clinical trial.
• Strong leadership, team productivity, and cross-functional influence.
• Excellent decision-making, analytical and financial management skills.
• Able to operate with limited supervision and mentor others.
• Strong project planning, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Willing to travel 15–20% of the time.

• Lead the Cross Functional Trial Team to deliver the operational plan.
• Oversee end-to-end trial delivery, budget, timelines and milestones.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation and contingencies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality oversight.
