360Pharma is seeking a Senior Manager for Logistics Network & Orchestration to lead standardized, end‑to‑end processes across the global supply network. You will shape the Global Logistics Template, drive adoption, and align cross‑functional partners with a fit‑to‑standard, clean‑core approach on SAP S/4HANA.

The role focuses on improving inventory visibility, reducing risk, and scaling reusable integration patterns with external partners, while balancing patient needs and regulatory

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, engineering, business, technology, or a related field is required.
• Certifications in areas such as Project Management, Supply Chain, Process Excellence, Product Management, or Design Thinking are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own and evolve the Global Logistics Network & Orchestration Template, including its standards, controls, roadmap, and lifecycle, to enable fit-to-standard, clean-core adoption and scalable growth.
• Ensure key processes and capabilities are integrated into the global template, designed and documented end to end, and deployed within program scope and timelines.
• Navigate design gaps and cross-domain dependencies, shape capability and release priorities, and bring forward clear recommendations on material trade-offs.
• Drive measurable enterprise value by establishing clear outcomes, monitoring adoption and performance, surfacing risks and decisions early, and mobilizing business and technology partners around corrective action and continuous improvement.
