Job summary

Is-International-Services in Amsterdam seeks a Quality Engineer to guide investigation, root-cause analyses, and corrective actions across the product lifecycle for energy storage solutions.

You will lead cross-functional teams in testing, validation, and readiness to ensure high quality and reliable performance across projects, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 1–3+ years in quality/engineering/operations in manufacturing or energy sectors.

Responsibilities

• Direct investigation, identification, and resolution of quality issues across design and lifecycle stages.
• Lead issue resolution with cross-functional collaboration to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain quality records and ensure compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements for energy storage products.
• Assist in testing and validation to ensure performance and reliability before shipment.
• Triage quality intake, reduce ticket backlog, and use data analytics for NCRs, CAPAs, and related items.
• Drive product readiness through product development stages with engineering and manufacturing teams.
