Job summary

IS International is seeking a Quality Engineer to direct investigation and resolution of issues across design, installation, commissioning, service, and sustaining operations. The role emphasizes technical excellence, critical thinking, and collaboration across global teams.

The candidate will lead corrective and preventive actions, maintain quality records, support testing of energy storage products, and drive product readiness through data-driven decisions and lifecycle improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 1–3+ years in quality, engineering, or operations within manufacturing/energy sectors.
• Experience managing non-conformities and driving cross-region alignment.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Direct investigation, identification, and resolution of issues across design, installation, commissioning, and service.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to drive corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain and improve quality records, inspection reports, test data and NCR logs.
• Support testing and validation of energy storage products, ensuring performance and reliability before shipment.
• Triaging quality tickets, prioritizing risk, and using data analytics to reduce backlog.
