Job summary

Kolmer Electric Motors (UK) Ltd is seeking a QHSE Coordinator to safeguard quality, safety and environmental standards across our technical operations in the Netherlands. You will coordinate the ISO framework, audits and CAPA processes, guiding colleagues and ensuring continuous improvement.

The role offers 28-36 hours per week with flexible scheduling, a proactive environment and opportunities to drive practical improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree level (HBO) preferred in Industrial or Electrical Engineering.
Experience with ISO standards and audits.
Experience in technical and/or logistics environments.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Affinity with technology and process insight.
Certifications such as MVK, internal auditor or VCA are a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop the integrated ISO management system (9001 / 14001 / 45001).
Prepare and guide internal and external audits.
Draft and update procedures, work instructions and process descriptions.
Prepare and analyze monthly quality reports.
Coordinate CAPA and 8D reports and root cause analyses.
Monitor safety and environmental activities (RI&E, incident analyses).
Oversee quality progress and report to customers in case of complaints or returns.
