Job summary

KVE is seeking a Project Manager for the Thermoplastic Welding team to drive projects from optimization to industrialization. You will manage welding tooling optimization, material qualification, and demonstrator development while leading international projects, including EU programs, within budget and schedule.

The role requires 5+ years of technical PM experience, English fluency and Dutch working proficiency, and a passion for composites and aerospace.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of work experience, including 2+ years in project management.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage projects focused on welding tooling optimization, material and process qualification, and prototype/demonstrator development
• Lead international projects (including EU-funded programs), keeping them on budget and on schedule
• Be involved end-to-end on product development projects from design through manufacturing
• Ensure process specifications are defined, followed, and continuously optimized
• Act as the bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned
