Job summary

KVE Composites is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to strengthen and improve our EN9100-based quality systems across design, development and production in a high-tech aerospace environment.

You will drive quality from development to manufacturing, lead root-cause analyses, and collaborate with Engineering, Production and Supply Chain to ensure processes meet the highest aerospace standards.

Qualifications

• BSc / MSc / BEng in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science or similar.
• At least 5 years of experience in an industrial / manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with EN9100 quality systems.
• Affinity with composites, aerospace or high-tech production is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• Proficiency in English and/or Dutch.

About the role

We are growing - and are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer who is passionate about improving processes, ensuring product quality, and strengthening our quality systems in a high-tech environment. In this role, you will work across the full lifecycle — from development to production — ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest aerospace standards. You will play a key role in:

• improving process reliability
• solving quality issues at their root cause
• and further developing our EN9100-based quality system

What you will do

Drive quality in development and production

• Support Engineering and Production in all quality-related aspects

Problem solving & continuous improvement

• Lead investigation of non-conformities and production issues
• Perform root cause analysis and define corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments

Quality system & procedures

• Maintain and support the EN9100 quality management system
• Ensure processes are clearly defined and followed

Cross-functional collaboration

• Work closely with Engineering, Production and Supply Chain
• Act as a bridge between disciplines to improve overall quality

What you bring

Your route
