Job summary

KVE seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to bridge engineering and production, turning composite designs into repeatable, scalable processes. You will design tooling, define curing cycles and RTM parameters, and bring processes to serial production while maintaining aerospace-grade quality under EN9100 guidelines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with composite manufacturing processes (prepreg, RTM, compression moulding).
• Knowledge of GD&T in a composite production environment.
• Ability to design and optimise tooling and define manufacturing process parameters.
• Comfortable communicating with engineers and shop floor technicians.

Responsibilities

• Develop composite parts and production processes.
• Validate manufacturability and quality through testing.
• Work closely with technicians on the shop floor.
• Participate in industrialisation and ramp-ups.
