Job summary

Renesas is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large, multi-disciplinary automotive IC design projects. You will own the program plan, drive milestones, manage budget and KPIs, and coordinate cross-functional teams across locations to deliver on requirements.

The role requires strong communication, ability to manage parallel programs, and proven experience with external partners. English proficiency is essential and PMI/Prince2 knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Evidence of program managing multiple projects in parallel.
• Experience with satellite teams across countries.
• Experience working with third parties or external contract resource companies.
• Knowledge of IC design and automotive requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, drive and maintain the overall program plan including regular program reporting to internal and external teams.
• Define milestones, track progress, highlight issues and derive resolution options.
• Organize and hold regular program status meetings and generate reports across involved departments.
• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple locations to deliver the program.
