Job summary

Stoneridge is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead automotive projects from development to production. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and profitability targets.

The role requires 10+ years in program management in the automotive sector, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Project and Excel. 40-hour weeks and full-time commitment are expected.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Engineering or PM; 10+ years in automotive program management.
• Solid PM disciplines and tools (PPAP, APQP, DFMEA).
• Results-driven, analytical, and capable of data-driven decisions.
• Structured, organized, and able to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the program plan across development and production.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure resource availability and communication.
• Control budgets, costs, forecasts, and profitability.
• Act as primary customer interface and drive governance and reviews.
