Job summary

Renesas Electronics seeks a Senior Staff Product Manager to own the full lifecycle for Multiprotocol MCU platforms for industrial and IoT. You will translate customer needs into clear requirements, drive NPI, pricing, collateral, and early customer engagements with global teams.

You will lead cross-functional work with System Architects, IC engineering, product enablement, and sales to ensure the product set differentiates in a competitive market and aligns with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years in semiconductor, embedded systems, or microcontroller-based products.
• 2+ years in product definition, management, applications, or system architect roles.
• Understanding connectivity applications in consumer, industrial and IoT.
• Strong knowledge of Bluetooth Low Energy and RF fundamentals.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strategic thinking with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire product lifecycle from concept through end-of-life.
• Lead MRD and define product specifications including IC, SDK, embedded SW, kits and tools.
• Collaborate with system architects, IC engineering and enablement teams to align specs with market needs.
• Develop competitive benchmarking and establish product coherence across silicon, software, kits and tools.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time roadmap and successful product launches.
