Flex is seeking a Head of Project Management within MCi to lead the PM function and ensure delivery of the project portfolio across engineering and manufacturing. You will develop a team of Project Managers and PM Consultants, strengthen governance, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires 10+ years in mechatronics or embedded systems, strong leadership, stakeholder management, and fluent English. This is a hybrid role with global collaboration and an open, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience leading projects or programs in mechatronics or embedded systems.
• Direct people management experience of project professionals.
• Strong understanding of product development and manufacturing processes.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers and Project Management Consultants.
• Resolve risks, issues, and resource constraints to keep projects on track.
• Allocate PMs across projects and manage portfolio resource planning.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and portfolio performance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the program.
• Drive continuous improvement of the project lifecycle framework and governance.
