The role requires 10+ years in program management within the automotive sector, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Program Manager in the automotive industry with customer-facing roles.
• Strong program management discipline, processes, and core tools knowledge (PPAP, APQP, DFMEA).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the project plan across development and production.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders across plants and projects.
• Control budgeting, cost management, forecasting, and profitability targets.
• Drive governance, program reviews, and risk management actions to ensure deliveries.
