• Capability to manage KPIs related to safety, quality and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 20–25 operators, rising to 40–45 at peak.
• Monitor daily production performance and achieve targets.
• Manage KPIs for safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Identify disruptions and take corrective actions immediately.
• Coordinate multiple interconnected production processes.
• Provide structure, coaching and clear floor communication.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
