Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily operations of your shift (approx. 80 employees).
- Lead, coach, and develop production teams.
- Ensure production targets, planning, and deadlines are met.
- Monitor quality, safety, and performance on the shop floor.
- Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen / 5S / Lean projects).
- Coordinate with Technical Services, Logistics, and Planning.
- Report technical deviations and support problem-solving.
