Job summary

Canon Production Printing seeks a technical service product champion to drive service concepts and quality across printing products. You will translate service objectives into specs with R&D and Manufacturing to achieve set targets and support sales with technical advice during the product lifecycle.

Based in the Netherlands/Belgium/Germany region, you will collaborate across international teams, travel worldwide, and contribute to high-value service offerings while upholding customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Willing to travel worldwide; eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Drive service concepts and quality processes during product development.
• Translate service objectives into technical specifications with R&D and Manufacturing.
• Define design requirements for serviceability and ensure product quality.
• Support Canon sales with technical advice throughout the product lifecycle.
