Job summary

Canon Production Printing is seeking a Learning Professional for our Venlo ITC to design and implement a comprehensive learning program for CPP products. You will collaborate with service specialists to translate needs into effective training solutions and deliver sessions to maintain high standards.

You will work with regional teams while staying connected to local trainers, traveling worldwide as needed and contributing to ongoing innovation in training methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Learning & Development, Education or related engineering field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with intercultural sensitivity.
• Willingness to travel worldwide to Canon or customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning needs with service specialists and translate into training solutions.
• Choose learning methods (video, e-learning, hands-on, virtual sessions).
• Ensure program aligns with regional training approach and delivery capabilities.
• Deliver selected sessions to maintain consistency and high standards.
