Job summary

time:matters is seeking a Pricing Specialist to coordinate global tender-related activities and optimize pricing processes. You will drive calculations, run simulations, and create calculators to support global Customer Service units, ensuring profitability in collaboration with KAM and OKAM teams.

The role requires a strong background in pricing, data analytics, and advanced Excel skills, with fluent English and excellent intercultural communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 4 years, Master’s + 2 years, or vocational training + 6 years of pricing experience, preferably in logistics.
• Fluent in English.
• Independent, solution‑oriented work attitude with fast apprehension.
• Very good organizational skills and ability to work in a matrix setup.
• Excellent intercultural skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong competency with Microsoft Excel.
• Good data analytics skills, ideally with Microsoft Power BI.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global Sales, OKAMs, Network & Product Management, Customer Service, and BI/Analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and steer global tender‑related activities.
• Automate pricing processes and tools, incl. AI‑supported solutions.
• Calculate prices for all regular business requests and align with sales units.
• Conduct price simulations for regular adjustment rounds.
• Create calculators to support global Customer Service units.
• Identify price erosion areas and implement countermeasures.
• Maintain price data.
• Ensure competitive, market‑oriented pricing for tenders and regular business.
• Ensure profitability of t:m products and services with KAM and OKAM teams.
