Job summary

Quest Search & Selection is recruiting for a Tender & Pricing Manager for an international organisation, overseeing qualified tenders across the full product portfolio. The role owns the end-to-end tender management process and coordinates with sales, pricing and contract management teams to ensure timely, accurate proposals and successful tender outcomes.

The position requires strong English proficiency, a keen eye for detail, and experience with digital tender management tools and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Experience in tender, bid or contract management role.
• Excellent command of English, with an additional European language being an advantage.
• Experience using digital tender management tools is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end tender process across all products, ensuring opportunities are handled through the appropriate digital tender management system.
• Work closely with sales to qualify tender opportunities and coordinate timely submissions.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of tender proposals, data and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate pricing, operational requirements and contractual terms with sales and contract management.
• Support pre-tender meetings, negotiations, feedback discussions and tender award processes.
• Ensure smooth handovers to relevant teams and communicate key updates throughout the tender lifecycle.

This role of Tender & Pricing Manager oversees the qualification and processing of all tenders across the full product portfolio, taking ownership of the end-to-end tender management process.
