Job summary

Sandvik Mining is seeking an Operational Pricing Analyst to join our Pricing & Commercial Analytics team. You will set our global list prices, analyze item margins and maintain pricing policies across thousands of products sold worldwide.

Based in Amsterdam or Tampere, you will collaborate with the global pricing team, translate data into actionable insights, and support strategic pricing decisions with advanced Excel and Power BI. Some international travel is required.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering, science, finance or business.
• Advanced data analysis and Excel proficiency.
• Experience in pricing is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set prices for new items and monitor margins across the portfolio.
• Analyze price levels and optimize pricing strategies globally.
• Maintain pricing policies and ensure pricing consistency across markets.
• Collaborate with global pricing colleagues to align structure and respond to market feedback.
• Support cost-change discussions with sourcing and commercial teams.
• Utilize pricing software to set/update global prices.
