Job summary

Vandebron, Amsterdam-based, seeks a Sourcing & Pricing Analyst to optimize pricing and sourcing strategies. You will build scalable data models in dbt and Snowflake and bridge market dynamics with data-driven decisions.

Reporting to the Manager Sourcing & Pricing, you will shape pricing frameworks and dashboards, collaborating across Commerce, Finance, and Strategy teams to maximize gross margins.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and scaling data models using dbt and Snowflake or similar tools, with advanced SQL.
• Strong margin analysis, pricing optimization, and financial metrics awareness.
• Experience with BI tools (Lightdash/PowerBI) and data warehouses; comfortable cross‑functional work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analytical modeling to optimize pricing for energy contracts and flexibility solutions.
• Design and maintain data models and architecture in dbt and Snowflake for scalable reporting.
• Evaluate sourcing strategies and build customer value models for commercial opportunities.
• Lead modeling of regulatory frameworks (ETS2, green gas) and build robust data pipelines.
• Develop real-time dashboards and business cases to assess pricing impacts.
