Job summary

Jobgether, in collaboration with a partner company, seeks a Presentation & Customer-facing Assets Designer based in the Netherlands or Europe to build scalable design systems and compelling materials.

You will transform complex technology into clear narratives, design high-quality presentations and digital sales assets, and work across international teams with AI-powered workflows. Remote from Europe, this role offers ownership and a direct impact on how AI solutions are communicated.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building scalable design systems and templates.
• Experience creating sales and customer-facing materials for technology or B2B products.
• Ability to structure complex topics into clear, persuasive narratives.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of layout, composition, typography, grids, visual hierarchy, and information design.
• Up-to-date knowledge of AI-powered creative tools and evaluating AI outputs.
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency across large asset libraries.
• Confidently articulate and defend design decisions with openness to feedback and iteration.
• Creative, adaptable, and able to handle diverse design challenges under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the design system with templates, components, and guidelines.
• Create AI-enabled templates and design guidelines for independent team use.
• Design high-quality presentations for internal, commercial, and customer-facing purposes.
• Develop digital sales materials like one-pagers and multi-page PDFs for digital/print distribution.
• Create diagrams, charts, infographics translating complex information into clear visuals.
• Support creation of marketing and customer-facing materials as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives and translate content into visuals.
• Incorporate feedback, iterate quickly, ensuring consistent visual language across many assets.
• Explore AI-powered design tools while upholding brand quality.
