Job summary

The Company in Amsterdam is seeking its first in-house designer to own the day-to-day design output for marketing and sales, and shape how design is made.

You will lead design production, drive AI-powered workflows, and help build a scalable design system while maintaining brand integrity across channels.

The role offers hybrid Amsterdam work, access to senior leadership, and opportunities to grow as the company scales with an AI-first approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (hbo) in graphic design or a related field.
• 1–3 years of graphic design experience, agency or in-house, with a diverse portfolio.
• Strong skills in Figma and the Adobe suite; Webflow is a plus.
• Demonstrable experience with AI design tools and processes.
• An eye for brand consistency and ability to ship iterations quickly.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus; based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

• Own daily design production across paid ads, landing pages, social content, and emails.
• Drive AI-driven workflows and implement repeatable design tools.
• Build and maintain the design system and template kit with external partner.
• Guard and evolve the brand across channels and deliverables.
• Analyze performance and inform next versions with data.
• Collaborate with Content, Marketing, and Sales teams on campaigns.
