Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in power electronics industry, including at least 2 years in energy infrastructure-related products.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or other relevant field.
• Experience with grid-connected power conversion systems and critical power infrastructure.
• Proven track record of working directly with customers to understand needs, deliver solutions, and create win-win outcomes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to present results to management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop high-potential business opportunities in the power electronics value chain.
• Track market changes and technology trends (e.g. Hydrogen, HVDC, UPS, EaaS) and reflect in account growth strategies.
• Manage existing customers throughout the full product lifecycle and ensure satisfaction.
• Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to regional growth objectives.
• Collaborate with product management, application engineering, and operations to deliver competitive solutions.
• Provide regular reporting, pipeline visibility, and revenue forecasts.
