Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking an International Sales Manager to drive sales of complex poultry processing solutions. You will work closely with regional directors, account managers and partners, traveling to meet customers, run demonstrations, and tailor proposals.

You’ll analyze customer processes, justify value, and help expand market share while achieving targets. The role demands excellent English, ability to work across cultures, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in outside B2B sales of technical/mechanical systems, preferably with an international company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• Skills in software such as a CRM system, Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive the sales of complex solutions and increase JBT Marel’s market share.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Director, Account Managers and Partners to implement regional market plans.
• Establish and implement a structural industry market plan for a region.
• Maintain visit reports and CRM data, and provide training to Account Managers.
• Meet KPI goals for sales and margins and travel within the territory.
