Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
• 3 years’ experience in outside business-to-business sales of technical/ mechanical systems, preferably with an international company.
• Skills in software such as a CRM system, Microsoft Office.
• Excellent skills in written and verbal English.
• Commitment to travel within the assigned sales territory.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, multidisciplinary organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Regional Sales Director, Account Managers, distribution partners, and regional sales operations.
• Develop and implement a regional industry market plan for the region.
• Drive sales of complex solutions; justify their value and increase market share while meeting customer requirements.
• Support and train Account Managers with depth process knowledge.
• Realize sales targets in volume and margins with responsible pricing.
• Maintain visit reports, opportunity registration and CRM data.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and customer requirements.
