JBT Marel is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the EMEA region to drive sales of poultry processing solutions. You will work closely with regional leaders, partners, and customers to assess needs and offer tailored, high-value industry solutions.

The role emphasizes traveling within the region, managing multiple opportunities, and delivering superior customer outcomes while supporting a cross-functional sales team.

Qualifications

• 3 years of outside B2B sales experience in technical/mechanical systems, preferably international.
• Strong command of English in written and spoken form.
• Proven ability to travel within assigned territory and work in a multicultural, multidisciplinary organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Regional Sales Director, Account Managers, and partners to drive regional sales.
• Participate in developing and executing a regional market plan.
• Sell complex solutions and justify value to increase market share.
• Support and train Account Managers with process knowledge.
• Achieve sales targets in volume, price, and margins.
• Maintain CRM data and prepare visit reports and follow-ups.
• Gather competitive intelligence and customer requirements.
