You will define and govern the single source of truth for program reporting across Innovation & Growth, Value Optimization, and Cross Program Management to provide forward-looking insights on performance and risk.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in program management in a global setting.
• Master’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Engineering, PM, or Operations.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong governance and executive reporting experience.
• Track record of driving productivity, cost efficiency, or capability buildup.
• Ability to operate in highly complex and ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the 'single source of truth' for program reporting across multiple domains.
• Develop advanced visualization tools, including Power BI dashboards, to track initiatives.
• Lead cross-program strategic reviews and long-range outlook planning (18- and 36-month).
• Lead the PMO reporting cadence across global and regional teams, ensuring data integrity.
