TE Connectivity plc seeks a transformation leader to partner with the PRS Transformation Director, shaping an operating model for predictable P&L, NPI acceleration and cross‑functional execution across commercial, engineering, operations, and supply chain.

The role drives portfolio management, PMO maturity, and end‑to‑end value creation with global teams and acquisition programs. 25‑50% travel expected. Hybrid remote work offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/Mechanical or related).
• 15+ years progressive PM experience with global leadership.
• 10+ years people management of distributed PM teams.
• Proven experience in M&A integration projects and tech transfer.
• PMP or equivalent credential.
• Strong technical background in connector/sensor/electronic tech.
• Experience with engineering transfer and sustaining engineering.
• Proficient in modern PM software and enterprise systems.
• Ability to influence in matrix cultures across borders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a 3–5 year transformation roadmap aligned to PRS strategy.
• Oversee portfolio execution and cross‑functional PMO governance.
• Drive PLM adoption to accelerate time to market.
• Coordinate NPI, sustaining, and integration projects end‑to‑end.
• Establish metrics and transparency for portfolio performance.
• Develop PMO talent and competency frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and ops across time zones.
