Job summary

JDE Peet’s seeks a Global Employee Development Manager to shape enterprise-wide learning solutions that build essential capabilities aligned with our global strategy. You will co-define the learning ecosystem and drive scalable, learner-centric programs across functions.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to identify needs, design innovative onboarding and development initiatives, and measure impact with dashboards to ensure audit-ready data and governance.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development within a global environment.
• Relevant degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in learning need analysis, instructional design, learning technologies, and competency / skills frameworks.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate business priorities into impactful development solutions.
• Excellent project and change management skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders and driving adoption across all levels.
• Data-driven and growth mindset, combining analytical thinking, a passion for learning technology, and a growth-oriented approach to continuous improvement.
