Job description

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud computing to serve the global AI economy. We create the tools and resources our customers need to solve real-world challenges and transform industries, without massive infrastructure costs or the need to build large in-house AI/ML teams. Our employees work at the cutting edge of AI cloud infrastructure alongside some of the most experienced and innovative leaders and engineers in the field.

Headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq, Nebius has a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, North America, and Israel. The team of over 800 employees includes more than 400 highly skilled engineers with deep expertise across hardware and software engineering, as well as an in‑house AI R&D team.

The role

The People Systems team at Nebius plays a pivotal role in empowering the HR organization through technology and data. As the Senior People Analytics Manager, you will drive the strategic development of Nebius' HR and Recruitment analytics capabilities by designing scalable data infrastructure, automating data flows, and delivering insights that inform business decisions at every level of the organization. This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with strategic vision. You will be the architect of Nebius' HR data ecosystem, shaping how people data is collected, connected, and leveraged to tell a cohesive story about our workforce. You will partner closely with HR leadership, Finance, and other business stakeholders to identify opportunities where data can improve efficiency, equity, and performance across Nebius.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and maintain Nebius' central HR data warehouse, integrating data from HiBob and other HR tools via API connections, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and analytical reports that deliver actionable insights for HR, Finance, and leadership teams.
  • Proactively identify and define key people metrics that drive strategic workforce planning, talent management, and operational excellence.
  • Manage ad hoc analytics requests from HR and business stakeholders, ensuring timely, accurate, and business‑relevant deliverables.
  • Lead statutory and external HR data reporting, ensuring compliance with regional and global requirements.
  • Automate recurring HR processes and build lightweight custom HR tools, such as job description libraries, data pipelines, and integrations between career platforms and HR systems.
  • Partner with the People Systems Manager and broader HR leadership to align data infrastructure with long‑term HR technology and analytics strategy.
  • Champion data literacy across the HR function, equipping stakeholders with self‑service capabilities and clear documentation.
We expect you to have:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, People Analytics, or related data‑driven roles. Experience in HR or Recruitment is considered a strong plus.
  • Proven experience designing and maintaining data integrations via APIs, ideally between HRIS platforms (e.g., HiBob, Workday, or similar) and analytics environments.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI).
  • Demonstrated experience in automating manual HR processes or developing data‑driven tools for HR teams.
  • Solid understanding of how modern HRIS platforms function in the context of employee lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation and automation.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
  • Experience managing technical projects in a global context, including stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination.
  • A curiosity‑driven approach and ability to translate business questions into clear data‑driven insights.
What we offer
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Opportunities for professional growth within Nebius.
  • Flexible working arrangements.
  • A dynamic and collaborative work environment that values initiative and innovation.
