Job summary

Nebius Group is seeking an experienced EOR Payroll Specialist to own payroll for employees paid through EOR providers across countries. You will manage data quality, sign-off runs, and coordinate with HR Ops, Treasury, and providers to ensure timely, accurate payroll processing and compliance.

The role emphasizes strong accounting, controllership, and equity payroll knowledge, with a focus on continuous improvement and vendor consolidation in a dynamic AI cloud company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of payroll experience in multi-country EOR/PEO contexts.
• Experience with data review, variance analysis, run approval and funding across providers.
• Strong payroll accounting and reconciliation skills; NetSuite and BlackLine.
• Strong controllership with segregation of duties.
• Knowledge of equity compensation payroll (RSUs) and employer reporting.
• Understanding of the EOR model and transitions; ability to lead vendor changes.
• Excellent stakeholder management; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly EOR payroll cycle across all providers and countries. Maintain payroll calendar, gather input data, and consolidate sources.
• Review and sign off each run; investigate variances and ensure policy alignment.
• Lead the January 2027 go-live for EOR payroll in HR Ops to Employee Payables.
• Review payroll invoices and approve expenses within delegated limits; coordinate Treasury approvals.
