Nebius Group is seeking a Global EOR Payroll Specialist to own payroll for employees paid via Deel, Oyster, and Ontop across multiple countries. You will manage data review, sign-offs, and payroll service invoices, while ensuring compliance and strong controls within a SOX-like framework.

This role sits in Finance/Employee Payables and collaborates with HR Ops, Treasury, and Reward to support a smooth, compliant payroll process for a Nasdaq-listed AI cloud company headquartered in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of payroll experience across EOR/PEO or outsourced providers.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly EOR payroll across providers/countries; manage data input and cut-offs.
• Review and sign off payroll runs; investigate variances and ensure policy alignment.
• Lead payroll migration to a unified EOR vendor; coordinate access, controls, and funding.
