Job summary

Rippling is seeking a highly experienced Global Payroll Support Lead to steward the Dutch region. You will act as the SME, bridging local payroll compliance and Rippling’s platform to support enterprise customers worldwide.

You will audit, validate, and optimize payroll processes, develop country-specific content, and drive data-driven product improvements while enabling our internal teams to deliver compliant, robust payroll solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on Dutch payroll experience with end-to-end processing.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch regulations (tax tables, WBSO, 30% ruling, WKR).
• Experience in payroll providers or HR software is highly desirable.
• Excellent English; Dutch fluency is a big +.
• Experience managing enterprise customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Be the regional expert for Global Payroll and HR solutions in your region.
• Develop country-specific content, docs, and FAQs for customers and internal teams.
• Analyze support interactions to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Provide insights to Product Managers on support volume and compliance concerns.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Tax Ops on compliance and payroll logic.
• Serve as senior escalation resource for complex region-specific payroll issues.
• Own and resolve the most challenging customer cases using payroll expertise.
