Job summary

Rippling is expanding its Global Payroll product in the Netherlands and seeks a payroll-focused Compliance Expert with deep Dutch payroll, Loonaangifte, and pension expertise to support the Product Compliance team. You will define payroll rules based on real-world requirements and ensure accuracy as we scale NL, collaborating with the County Product Lead, Legal Experts, and Payroll Operations to assess evolving regulations.

Fluency in English is required; Dutch fluency is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Dutch payroll experience.
• Deep knowledge of Loonheffingen, Loonaangifte, and pension rules.
• Ability to translate regulations into product rules for a SaaS payroll platform.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Define payroll rules and edge cases for NL compliance within the product.
• Detail NL payroll requirements across HR, pensions, and payroll modules.
• Summarise NL payroll regulatory updates and communicate impact to the team.
• Track regulatory cycles and flag changes affecting calculations and reporting.
• Validate payroll computations and ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment.
