Job summary

WorldFirst is seeking a Senior Lead, Benelux to drive growth across the Netherlands and nearby markets. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on outbound sales to acquire new SME and cross-border clients.

Based in Amsterdam with a hybrid schedule (Tue–Thu in office), you will build a high-velocity sales pipeline, collaborate with internal teams on onboarding, and push upsell opportunities to scale business across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to source and close new SME and cross-border clients.
• Strong consultative selling and needs-based solution positioning.
• Experience in outbound prospecting across multiple channels.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding and growth.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and convert new SME and cross-border trading clients.
• Build and manage an end-to-end sales pipeline from lead to closing.
• Use a consultative approach to match WorldFirst solutions to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to smooth onboarding and drive upsell.
