Job summary

Nebius, headquartered in Amsterdam, is scaling its People function with a new program management office. The role focuses on coordinating diverse initiatives from planning through delivery, ensuring milestones, governance, and clear communication across teams worldwide.

You will lead cross-functional projects in a fast-paced AI infrastructure company, collaborating with People, Legal, Finance, IT and Security, and reporting to the People Team. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in fast-paced, multi-region environments.
• Proven track record of delivering complex programs end-to-end.
• Experience coordinating across People, Legal, Finance, IT, Security and business units.
• Strong planning, risk management and status reporting skills.
• Flawless English and ability to work across time zones.

As Nebius scales rapidly, we're building a program management office to bring structure, visibility, and consistency to how the People Team delivers. You will join a team that is transforming the People function for the next stage of growth.

What You’ll Do

Program Management & Execution

Manage a portfolio of initiatives of varying size and complexity, from planning through execution and post-launch assessment, including measuring outcomes against the original goals. Build project plans, timelines, governance frameworks, and communication strategies for key People programs, scaling the level of structure to the size and risk of each initiative. Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements across multiple concurrent initiatives, and resolve conflicts in priorities and capacity before they affect delivery. Drive cross-functional alignment with People, Legal, Finance, IT, Security, and business stakeholders, translating needs and constraints between teams to keep work moving.

People Programs

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience preferably within the people function in high pace environments
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects or programs end to end, with examples of the impact
• Experience managing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, across functions and regions
• Experience running multiple projects in parallel and prioritizing across competing demands
• Strong skills in project planning, risk management, and status reporting
• Experience driving change and getting buy-in without direct authority
• Flawless English
• Comfort working with a distributed team across time zones and cultures
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar)
