Qualifications
- Minimum five years in an operational leadership role in a 24/7 environment.
- Proven ability to optimise operational processes and use service software.
- Experience managing a decentralized, international team.
- Technical affinity with electrical engineering or energy.
- Fluency in English; additional languages a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Own daily operations across battery planning, engineer scheduling, and ticket coordination.
- Build robust, repeatable processes with clear KPIs and reliable reporting.
- Implement and drive use of new operations platforms and field-service tools; ensure adoption across teams.
- Lead four project managers and service engineers across NL, ES, DE; report to the Operations Director.
- Work across borders to scale the operation and maintain 24/7 uptime.
