Are you passionate about battery technology and solving complex technical challenges? Ready to help accelerate the energy transition by maximizing the performance and reliability of our battery fleet? Become a Battery System Specialist at Greener!
We are Greener Power Solutions. Our mission is to make the temporary energy market emission-free with our mobile batteries. These batteries can be deployed anywhere to store and supply energy. It’s an important mission, and we could really use your help.
Join our dynamic Service team—this is where the magic happens! Our team plays a crucial role in the company, ensuring that our battery fleet operates safely, reliably, and efficiently across a wide variety of projects.
As a BESS Specialist, you are the technical expert behind the performance of our mobile battery energy storage systems. You combine hands‑on technical work with in‑depth troubleshooting and analysis, helping us maximize fleet availability while continuously improving our products and processes.
You’ll investigate and resolve complex technical issues involving battery management systems (BMS), PCS, inverters, PLC‑controlled systems, SCADA/EMS platforms, safety systems, communication networks, and other critical components. By analysing alarms, fault codes, log files, operational data and system behavior you identify root causes and work on structural improvements that reduce downtime and increase reliability.
You play a key role in supporting our Service Engineers, Remote Support team and other operational colleagues. You develop troubleshooting guides, service and maintenance procedures, inspection standards and best practices that enable our engineers to work more effectively. When specialist support is required, you’ll occasionally travel to project sites, hubs or workshops to perform or support advanced troubleshooting.
You will also work closely with OEMs and suppliers, preparing technical escalations, validating proposed solutions and translating technical information into practical actions for internal teams. Through your expertise, you help shape maintenance strategies, support product improvements, and contribute to the continued growth and diversification of Greener’s battery fleet.
Besides contributing to a greener world, you’ll enjoy exciting and impactful work in a fast‑growing scale‑up.
At Greener, we’re committed not only to a greener world but also to a fair, inclusive, and diverse working environment.
