Qualifications

• 5+ years of 24/7 experience in control rooms, technical operations, or process operations.
• Willing to work in shift rotation including nights and weekends.
• Right to work in the Netherlands without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, reliable operations of all Return BESS assets.
• Act as the first point of contact during critical incidents.
• Provide insights through reporting and help build operational knowledge.
